Meet Elle Bee
Elle Bee, also known as Leanna, is a Professional Baker located in Morgantown, WV. Her baking career initially began as a hobby in high school. She then went on to pursue an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Culinary Arts/Baking and Pastry Arts at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Punxsutawney (you know the place with the groundhog!). Leanna graduated from the Culinary Arts Program at IUP in 2017. Following her graduation, she worked as a Pastry Cook at The American Club resort in Kohler, Wisconsin for several years. In 2020, Leanna returned to her hometown to pursue her dream of owning a bakery and being closer to her family.
When she isn't baking, Leanna enjoys spending time with her husband Jared, their dog Solomon, and their sassy cat Melody.
